描述The BigDye® Terminator sequencing standard kit contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye® Terminator v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration/performance check and/or one control sequencing run on the 3500 Dx Series Genetic Analyzers. The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability.Note: The 3500 Dx Series Systems and consumables are for distribution and use in specific European countries only.
